Tonight I ran Shattered Halls with a group of friends. It was very refreshing and I had a lot of fun. I’ve taken some screen shots as we made our way through the instance. Click on them for larger images.

Getting a Collar and Saddle for your Wolf Pet
May 28th, 2009 § 0
I was on my hunter just standing in Stormwind tonight, (when I get bored I run around in the trade district just while I wait on something to materialize), when I get a random whisper. This level 80 hunter asks me, “Where did you get the collar and saddle for your pet?”
I didn’t laugh at them, but I smiled inwardly simply because my pet is turning heads from level 80s. I’m 65 by the way.
Anyway, I told them they could tame it out of Hellfire Ramparts and I quickly saw them hearthing.
Addon Watch: WIM

I have several friends on my list in WoW. At anytime of the day while I’m online I could have as many as 10 or so friends online and that’s not counting fellow guildies. Sometimes I can be getting whispers from 3 or 4 friends, a random lowbie asking for money, someone wanting a port to Dalaran, or just someone taking their aggression out about something I said in trade chat. Well it can be daunting to keep track of all of those little pink words and who they came from.

My Apologizes Friends
May 28th, 2009 § 0
I have to throw out a big apology to Minar, Randalthorr and Shrook. I usually go on a lunch run with them and help them through instances. Like 2 days ago we went through The Steamvault. It was very fun, hadn’t been in there on Anndruu ever, hence the achievement. I felt bad today because I was going to get up and do a few runs with them and help them level their toons. Unfortunately the stuff I was doing to the site kept me up way past my bed time, (around 5 am) and thus I got up really late.
So, Minar, Randalthorr and Shrook I apologize for not running you through today, perhaps tonight
I’m Not a Copy-Cat, I Promise! :)
May 28th, 2009 § 2
I need to make something very plain before everyone starts calling me a copy-cat. A few posts back I made mention of another WoW blog called Adventures of a Dwarf Priest. In that post I said that he and I were using the same WordPress template for our blog. Please believe me when I say that this is purely by coincidence. I had absolutely no intentions of copying Laneer’s site design and layout. This just happened. Like I said in the previous post I was happy to see that someone else was actually using the same theme I was because well that means I’m not the only one and it means someone else obviously found that this theme is worth using.
The way I setup my site is pretty much the way the theme works and it just seemed like the right thing to do. I had used the Armory widget before I had seen it on Laneer’s site and like I said before I got rid of it because it wasn’t displaying a piece of gear correctly.
Just wanted to let everyone know that, Yes I’m using the same template/layout that Laneer is using, but No, I did not do this on purpose.
Now, back to my regular posts, (that is until I get called out for real
).
